Shipping & Returns

The health and safety of all our team members is our number one priority. Recently, procedures and policies have been put into place as a result of COVID-19 that results in slower handling time. We appreciate your patience while we keep our warehouse and shipping partners safe.

Shipping: Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. We ship to the Continental U.S.A. and Canada only.

We ship Monday - Friday. All orders placed by 3pm Eastern time will ship the following business day with exception to UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select orders. Shipping is not available on holidays and weekends. Contact us directly if you have a large order and would prefer a shipping quote. UPS charges a $9 surcharge for delivery attempts to an incorrect address. We reserve the right to pass this charge on to customers who supply an incorrect address.

Cancellation Policy: The customer has up to 1:00pm to cancel his or her order the day it is shipped. If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.

Return Policy: You must report any damages, errors, shortages, etc. within 7 days from receipt of the product. Permission for any returned merchandise must be secured from our return department within 7 days of receipt. You must e-mail the refund request to sales@thecandledepot.com at which time the return instructions will be sent to you. The customer is responsible for getting the product returned unopened and undamaged. Shipping and Handling fees will still be applied and a 20% restocking fee will be also. COD returns will be refused.

TheCandleDepot.com is a bulk supplier of quality candles at wholesale prices. We are a discount candle supplier for homeowners, corporations, restaurants, churches, hotels, caterers and other commercial purchasers. We provide a quality product for less.
