Refund policy

Cancellation Policy: The customer has up to 1:00pm to cancel his or her order the day it is shipped. If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.

Return Policy: You must report any damages, errors, shortages, etc. within 7 days from receipt of the product. Permission for any returned merchandise must be secured from our return department within 7 days of receipt. You must e-mail the refund request to sales@thecandledepot.com at which time the return instructions will be sent to you. The customer is responsible for getting the product returned unopened and undamaged. Shipping and Handling fees will still be applied and a 20% restocking fee will be also. COD returns will be refused.
